On 3 September 2026, ProShare hosted a parliamentary reception on the Terrace at the House of Commons, bringing together parliamentarians, industry leaders and key stakeholders in support of employee share ownership.
The event provided an opportunity to highlight ProShare's campaign to modernise legislation for all-employee share plans and to showcase the significant benefits that Share Incentive Plans (SIP) and Save As You Earn (SAYE) schemes deliver to employees across the UK workforce.
Attendees engaged with MPs and policymakers to increase awareness of the value of employee share ownership and to demonstrate the strong industry support for these important schemes. The reception also highlighted the positive impact that SIP and SAYE have on employee engagement, financial wellbeing and long-term business success.
